Avatar Solutions was built on a straightforward observation: too many strong businesses across Africa are losing customers every day because their online presence does not reflect the quality of what they actually deliver.

We built Avatar Solutions to change that — creating digital tools built specifically for how this market operates, not borrowed from a template designed for a different continent and a different customer.

Our approach
We work directly with the business owner. The person you speak to in the first call is the same person building your project. There are no account managers in the middle.
Three standards we hold to on every project
Honest work
We tell you what we can do and what we cannot. If a project is outside our experience, we say so upfront. That saves both of us time and avoids disappointment later.
Local context
We build for the East African market. That means sites that load on 3G, WhatsApp buttons that are easy to tap on mobile, and payment options your customers already use.
Direct service
You get a written scope and price before we start anything. If the scope changes, we tell you first. Your calls and questions are not billed separately.
You deal directly with the people doing the work.
There are no account managers relaying messages between you and the team. The person you speak to in the first call is the same person responsible for delivering your project.
